SMS-JAPAN 利用規約

This Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of the SMS-JAPAN (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") website. (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") with the users who browse and use the website of SMS-JAPAN (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"). By browsing and using this service, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use. If the User does not agree to these Terms of Use, the User may not use the Service.
These Terms of Use are subject to change without prior notice to the User for the convenience of the Service Provider. If a User uses the Service after a change is made to the Terms of Use, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to such change and the Terms of Use after the change shall apply.

1. About the Service

・This service has been created for the purpose of investigating the actual situation of SMS authentication using disposable phone numbers in Japan.
・The purpose of this service is to measure the actual situation of users by counting the number of clicks on the button to copy the phone number using analytics tools.
・The phone numbers listed are confirmed to be unused, no SMS verification is actually sent, and the text displayed in the timeline is automatically generated.

2. code of conduct

Users shall comply with all laws and regulations and respect the rights and dignity of third parties. The User agrees not to engage in fraudulent activities.

この利用規約（以下「本利用規約」といいます）は、SMS-JAPAN（以下「本サービス」といいます。）のサイトを閲覧および利用するユーザーとの間で、本サービスの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本サービスを閲覧・利用することにより本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。ユーザーが、本利用規約に同意しない場合には、本サービスを利用することはできません。

本利用規約は、本サービス提供者の都合により、ユーザーにあらかじめ通知することなく変更されることがあります。ユーザーが、本利用規約の変更後に本サービスを利用する場合、当該変更に同意したとみなされ、変更後の利用規約が適用されるものとします。

1. 本サービスについて
・本サービスは日本における使い捨て電話番号によるSMS認証の実態を調査する目的で作成されたサイトです
・電話番号をコピーするボタンをクリックする際に、アナリティクスツールを用いたカウントを行うことで、利用者の実態を測ることを目的としています。

・掲載されている電話番号は未使用であることが確認されたもので、実際にはSMS認証は飛んでおらず、タイムラインに表示されているテキストは自動生成されたものです。

2. 行為規範
ユーザーは、法令を遵守して、第三者の権利及び尊厳を尊重することとします。ユーザーはSMS認証代行および代行者への依頼等の不正行為を行わないことに同意します。
